Focus

Aim small miss small. We have the privilege and the burden to define our standards of living. If we cannot focus on what is truly important to us, how are we ever going to know if we are making progress in life? Our body is the blueprint of our mind.  If there isn't a plan in motion in taking steps to achieve the body you want, you have failed.

We all start out the same, little blobs of blood and muscle. What are you habitually bringing into your life that is keeping you from actually having what you want. Don't try and do everything all at once, start by asking a simple question. 

How do I want my body to look, feel and perform? What would I focus on, if I only acquire what I admire?

Now do it.
