Elimination

Which would you agree with, being successful in any area of life has more to do with: A-doing things that move you closer to what you want ?

Or B- not doing things that move you further away from what you want ?

The answer is NOT doing the things that move you further from what you want

More than ever our world is pulling us in so many different directions, and without inherent urgency to avoid distractions we are being set up to feel bad about not having what we want. And especially around timelines of when we want to achieve those desired outcomes, if elimination of doubt isn’t part of our plan we are doomed to give up on it.

Recently I have been dealing with some auto immune flare ups. The psoriatic arthritis that I was diagnosed with 5 years ago has left my joints inflamed and painful. Eliminating certain things from my life hasn’t been easy, mainly the opinions of others especially when that have a wealth of knowledge about the human body but approach treating it backwards. I am a lover of meat, but am continuing the last two months of eliminating meat from my diet. And in 6 months I plan on getting blood work done and new images of my injured joints to see if plants the erosion of my joints changed at all. If not, then I plan on going the other way. All meat, nothing else.

I will be updating this with weight changes, numbers of my training routine and body composition.

Trust yourself more than Anything/ Anyone else.
